Eggroll has long been our comfort food and always present in all family/friend gatherings. Eggroll is a dish that brings people together and creates precious memories. When my parents came to the States about 7 years ago and wanted to get involved with the community, Eggroll is our obvious choice. My mom has been making eggrolls for us since my brother and I were little. And until this day, it is still our favorite dish. My mom always said if you prepared a dish with love, others would feel loved when they had it. And that’s how she has been creating her eggrolls. Nothing is preprocessed; every ingredient is hand made from cutting, chopping, grinding, and rolling. We hope you will feel the love that we put in to create this product.
