I started making Smoked SeaSalts as a way to send gifts to family and friends when living in San Diego as a Military Spouse. When I moved back to my hometown in Northern Indiana my family encouraged me to take my Salts to the South Bend Farmers Market. From there I did some random events, until moving to the Indy area in 2021. I started doing the Whitestown Farmers Market that year then added Zionsville, Irvington, and Lebanon the following season.
