Our story starts with Kathy, John, and Jess the founders of Harmon Farms Free Range Plants. Aunt Kathy started selling her Crazy Plant Lady collection since 1998 at the Zionsville Farmers Market. Then in 2018 husband and wife John and Jess joined her selling locally grown starter plants, tomatoes, peppers, and farm cut flowers. Our passion for growing produce, flowers, and starter plants all stems down to our niche in plant diversity. While we grow some standard products you will see that a majority of what we grow are unique heirloom varieties. We can talk your ear off at the Farmers Market as we talk about the different produce, flowers, and potted plants. We love to share its story and the value of plant diversity. We farm part time and it all thanks to our locally community, friends, and family that we have been able to grow more and more each year.
