I am a home based company. I will be 9 years in business come April 2023. I started this company for those who couldn't find delicious gluten free baked goods only to find out some of my health concerns were caused by gluten. So I am more vigilant about making more of my favorites and my customers'. I enjoy creating new products and discovering new ways to make things. I love to see the joy on a child's face when she has her first donut at age 6 (true story).
