Fall Festival Space Request 2025

Please note that the 9/6/25 market will be different, as it is Fall Festival weekend in Zionsville. There will be a parade on Main Street that affects our normal functioning.


Requesting a space doesn't ensure that you will receive a space. Vendors selected to participate will be notified by 8/30. If you are not selected for a space, then you will not be participating in the 9/6 market. We will resume normal market hours and location on 9/13.


If you request a space for 9/6, please understand that you will likely not have your normal market space as we will be operating on a smaller scale in just the parking lot to allow for the parade to go on Main Street. No vendors will have spaces on Main Street. A map for Fall Festival weekend will be mailed out once it is available.


Setup and start time will be the same, but you will be required to stay in your space until the parade is over. We are unable to tell you that time, as sometimes the parade goes faster or slower, but last year all vendors were able to leave by 12:30/1pm. If you have someone else running your booth, please let them know that their end time will likely be extended that day.
